Our catalog includes a variety of basic life-skills and professional skills-building topics to cultivate individual growth through seminars and workshops on economic, employment and leadership development. We also conduct relationship coaching, job preparation seminars, and consultations for specific professional development strategies to foster personal readiness and improvement.

The Young Miss Leadership Academy (YMLA) is a 6-week program
serving as a vehicle for mentoring girls ages 13-16 through common
personal and professional challenges facing women today. The YMLA
focuses on topics which foster financial responsibility, individual self-
awareness, personal identification and subsequent branding, oral/written
communication skills, fundamental mutual respect and sisterhood.

The most successful, privileged, and educated members of a community are responsible and obligated to educate and train members of the community.
